Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage civil engineering works on-site from inception to completion
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Qatar construction standards and project timelines
- Prepare progress reports and technical documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience (Grade A) or 3–5 years (Grade B)
- Qatar Engineering Registration (Grade A or B) preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and related tools
- Strong communication skills in English

- HSE Officer — Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies on-site; conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and incident investigations; ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Electrical Inspector — Inspect and verify electrical installations, systems, and equipment against approved drawings and international standards (IEC, BS, NFPA); prepare inspection reports and punch lists.
- Quantity Surveyor — Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and variation orders; manage tendering processes; conduct site measurements and interim valuations.
- Mechanical Draftsman — Produce and revise mechanical drawings using AutoCAD or SolidWorks; prepare shop drawings and as-builts in coordination with the engineering team.
General Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in Qatar or GCC
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage

HSE Officer & Heavy / Light Driver

Two vacancies are urgently available for experienced professionals with valid Qatar credentials. Sponsorship transfer (Iqama change) is mandatory for both positions.
Position 1 — HSE Officer
- Enforce HSE policies, procedures, and standards across all project sites
- Conduct daily safety inspections, hazard identification, and corrective actions
- Prepare and present HSE reports, incident investigations, and near-miss analyses
- Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks to workforce
- Liaise with client HSE teams and regulatory bodies
HSE Officer — Requirements
- NEBOSH IGC (mandatory)
- Minimum 4 years of HSE experience in Qatar
- Fluency in Hindi and English (both mandatory)
- Sponsorship transfer (Iqama change) mandatory
Position 2 — Heavy & Light Driver
- Operate heavy and light vehicles safely within airport and project site premises
- Adhere to all traffic regulations, safety protocols, and site-specific rules
- Maintain vehicle logs, pre-trip inspection records, and incident reports
- Transport personnel, materials, and equipment as directed
Driver — Requirements
- Valid AVOP (Aerodrome Vehicle Operator Permit) — mandatory
- Valid Qatar driving licence for both heavy and light vehicles
- Clean driving record; prior airport or project site experience preferred
- Sponsorship transfer (Iqama change) mandatory
