| JOB DESCRIPTION: |
A Service Advisor is responsible for communicating with and assisting customers with their vehicle needs, recording the required information, and ensuring it is accurately conveyed to the Service Teams for vehicle inspection. The Service Advisor serves as the vital link between the dealership and its customers β and in the customer’s eyes, the face and voice of the business.
We are seeking a talented Service Advisor who meets the following qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering
- High level of customer handling, customer service, social and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
