The client is seeking experienced and service-oriented individuals across five front-of-house and kitchen roles. Candidates with a strong background in luxury dining, golf clubs, or fine dining environments are especially encouraged to apply. All selected candidates will enjoy a competitive salary ranging from QAR 3,500 to QAR 9,000 per month based on role and experience.
The following five roles are immediately available at a reputed Qatar restaurant group:
- Prepare and serve a full range of specialty coffees and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar area
- Engage with guests and provide expert beverage recommendations
- Manage stock levels of coffee supplies and ingredients
- Assist senior chefs in food preparation and mise en place
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
- Follow all hygiene and food safety protocols (HACCP)
- Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and crockery
- Ensure proper storage of cleaned items per food safety standards
- Support kitchen staff during service and assist with setup
- Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas at all times
- Deliver exceptional table service in a fine dining environment
- Take orders accurately and provide detailed menu knowledge
- Upsell beverages, desserts, and daily specials effectively
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate when needed
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival at the restaurant
- Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest waitlists efficiently
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure seamless guest flow
- Maintain a professional, polished appearance and demeanor at all times
- Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and VIP arrangements
