Customer Service Executive — Manama Packaging Industry W.L.L
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for local and export market customers, delivering exceptional service and consistent after-sales support.
What you’ll bring:
- 2–3 years of proven customer service experience, preferably in the flexible printing and packaging industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach
- A track record of maintaining standardized service quality across diverse accounts
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluency in English, Urdu, Hindi, or Arabic (one or more)
