About the role
A well-established service company in Doha urgently seeks a results-driven Operations and Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s client base across Qatar’s competitive market.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational functions of the business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Qatar
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships

Qualifications & requirements

- Valid reach stacker operator certification required
- Experience in port, yard, or container handling

Heavy Drivers
- Drive heavy vehicles including trailers and flatbeds
- Valid Qatar heavy driving licence — mandatory
- Knowledge of Qatar traffic and transport regulations
- Clean driving record with no major violations
Crane Operators
- Operate mobile or overhead cranes on logistics sites
- Valid crane operator licence / certification required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in crane operations
- Strong knowledge of rigging, load charts, and safety protocols
