Job Description: ·
BSc in Quantity Surveyor / other discipline of engineering. ·
MMUP Licensed (Grade -A). ·
15 years of relevant experience in contract preparation, Settlements of disputes and providing advice on such issue. ·
Strong background in quantity surveying, construction or engineering. ·
Ability to understand engineering plans and drawing. ·
Develop cost plans, cost strategies, value engineering, life cycle costing, and sustainability costing. ·
Prepare and review cost/budget estimation using respective software. ·
