Role 01

Payroll Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll operations for our workforce in Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for finance and HR professionals seeking careers in Doha with a well-established organization.

Key responsibilities

Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees in accordance with Qatar labor law and company policy

Maintain and update employee compensation records, deductions, and overtime calculations

Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll data accuracy and compliance

Prepare payroll reports and assist with month-end and year-end financial reconciliations

Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field

Minimum 2–3 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in the Gulf region (Qatar, UAE, or Saudi Arabia)

Proficient in MS Excel and payroll or HRMS software

Strong numerical accuracy, discretion, and knowledge of Qatar WPS (Wage Protection System) is a plus.

Role 02

Admin & Logistics Officer

We are seeking a proactive Admin & Logistics Officer to oversee daily administrative functions and coordinate logistics operations across our Qatar-based offices. This role is ideal for organized professionals looking for Gulf jobs with broad operational scope.

Key responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office administration including correspondence, filing, scheduling, and vendor coordination

Coordinate shipment scheduling, customs documentation, and delivery tracking for inbound and outbound logistics

Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and government authorities to ensure smooth operations

Monitor inventory levels, prepare purchase orders, and maintain records of assets and supplies

Support HR and management with staff travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodation logistics

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

2–4 years of experience in an admin or logistics role, ideally within the Gulf — Qatar, UAE, or Saudi Arabia

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong MS Office skills

Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage for this Doha-based role
