💼 OPEN POSITIONS
1️⃣ Site Engineer — Aluminium & Glass
Role Overview: Oversee and manage on-site activities for aluminium and glass installation projects. Ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for aluminium & glass works
- Monitor workmanship quality and ensure adherence to technical drawings
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams on site
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues promptly
- Prepare daily site progress reports and documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
2️⃣ Project Manager — Aluminium & Glass
Role Overview: Lead end-to-end delivery of aluminium and glass/façade projects, from planning through completion. Drive project performance, manage client relationships, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle for aluminium, glass & façade contracts
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and main contractors
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability
- Lead and mentor project teams across multiple sites
- Ensure contractual obligations and quality benchmarks are consistently met
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management
3️⃣ Project Engineer — Aluminium & Glass
Role Overview: Support the successful execution of aluminium and glass/façade projects through technical coordination, documentation management, and on-site supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical and engineering activities across project stages
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Liaise between design, procurement, and site teams for smooth project flow
- Track project milestones and flag delays or variations to the Project Manager
- Ensure materials and installations meet project specifications and standards
- Prepare RFIs, technical submittals, and progress reports
- Support quality control and inspection activities on site
✅ REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in the aluminium and glass industry
- Proven experience in site supervision and project coordination
- Demonstrated track record managing glass, aluminium, and façade projects
- Experience working with main contractors and consultants is a strong advantage
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, curtain walls, glazing & façade works
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings
- Familiarity with project planning tools (MS Project or equivalent)
- Understanding of QA/QC procedures in construction and façade projects
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage)
Other Requirements:
- 🇸🇦 Must be available to join immediately or at short notice
- Candidates currently in Saudi Arabia or GCC preferred
- Valid transferable iqama is an advantage
