🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW
We are actively seeking a talented and results-driven Female Sales Engineer with proven expertise in the façade and aluminium systems industry. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent sales acumen to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple project stages.

🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the façade and construction market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, consultants, and clients
- Provide technical guidance and product recommendations throughout all project stages
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals
- Follow up on leads, tenders, and project inquiries to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in façade / aluminium systems
- Candidates from other construction disciplines are also encouraged to apply
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the construction industry
Technical Skills:
- Strong technical understanding of construction and façade systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
- Familiarity with aluminium systems, curtain walls, cladding, or related products
- Experience dealing with main contractors, consultants, and end clients
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional, confident, and client-focused approach
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage)
Requirements:
- 🇦🇪 Must be currently available in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
