About the role
We urgently require an experienced HSE Officer to ensure full health, safety, and environmental compliance across active project sites in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be available to join immediately on a freelance basis and hold a valid, transferable QID.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in oil & gas, OR
- Minimum 4 years of HSE experience in road or infrastructure projects
- Middle East experience is mandatory
- Recognised HSE certification (NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent)
Key requirements
- Valid Qatar ID (QID) — mandatory
- Transferable visa / NOC
- Available for immediate joining
- Strong knowledge of Qatar HSE regulations and site safety standards
- Excellent reporting and incident investigation skills

We are looking for a skilled Electrical and Electronic Technician to handle installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems across our project portfolio. Candidates with hands-on experience in electronic or automatic door systems will be given strong preference.
Qualifications & experience
- Diploma or technical degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- 3–4 years of relevant hands-on experience
- Experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical / electronic systems
Skills & requirements
- Solid understanding of electrical wiring, circuits, and control panels
- Experience with electronic or automatic door systems is an added advantage
- Ability to read technical schematics and drawings
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Safety-conscious with good communication skills
