They are currently seeking a senior Project Manager – Civil Works and three experienced Civil Engineers with hands-on site execution experience. All candidates must have 6 to 8 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in Qatar or GCC civil works. Project Manager — Civil Works
Qatar | 6–8 Years Experience | Immediate Joining
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, project controls, and multi-stakeholder coordination. You will be fully accountable for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. This is a leadership role requiring someone who can manage complex civil works from the mobilisation phase all the way through to final client handover and close-out.
- Overall ownership of project delivery — scope, schedule, cost, and quality
- Develop, baseline, and maintain project schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Manage relationships with client, consultant, and subcontractors at senior level
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to maintain project performance
- Review and approve RFIs, method statements, material submittals, and change orders
- Chair weekly progress meetings and produce monthly reports for client
- Ensure full compliance with Qatar statutory regulations, HSE standards, and contract conditions
- Lead, mentor, and manage the site engineering and support team
- Manage project budget, track expenditure, and prepare cost forecasts
- Oversee project handover, defect rectification, and final close-out documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech)
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in civil project management
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on Qatar or GCC projects
- Proven track record managing roads, infrastructure, or building projects
- PMP certification is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Valid Qatar or GCC driving licence required
- Familiarity with QCS 2014 and Ashghal technical standards
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage

Our client is urgently hiring three experienced Civil Engineers for active construction site operations in Qatar. The selected candidates will be responsible for the technical supervision and execution of civil works including earthworks, foundations, concrete structures, drainage, road works, and utilities. Working closely with the Project Manager and QA/QC team, you will ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and the applicable Qatar standards. This is a hands-on role for engineers who thrive in a fast-paced, site-based environment and take pride in delivering quality construction work on the ground.
- Carry out and verify setting out and surveying activities on site
- Supervise and manage daily civil works — earthworks, concrete, drainage, road works
- Interpret and review design drawings, BOQ, and method statements
- Coordinate with QA/QC engineer to ensure all work passes inspection requirements
- Prepare and submit Inspection Request (IR) and material submittals to consultant
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and routine site safety inspections
- Maintain accurate site diaries, daily activity records, and progress logs
- Manage material deliveries, site resources, and labour allocation
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with project standards
- Support Project Manager in raising, tracking, and closing out RFIs
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech)
- 6–8 years of hands-on site experience in civil construction
- Prior experience in Qatar or GCC civil projects is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Solid knowledge of QCS 2014 and Ashghal construction standards
- UPDA / Ashghal engineer registration is an added advantage
- Good understanding of site HSE protocols and COSHH requirements
- Ability to read, interpret, and mark-up construction drawings accurately
- Valid Qatar or GCC driving licence is preferred
- Strong teamwork ethic and ability to work under pressure on active sites
