• Minimum 3 years of local experience in the UAE in a civil engineering role — mandatory
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, standards, and regulations
• Experience in preparing and reviewing civil engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Strong problem-solving ability and sound judgement under pressure
• Experience with structural, road, or infrastructure projects is an advantage

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in mechanical design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar software
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, piping, plumbing, firefighting systems, and mechanical installations
• Familiarity with UAE codes and international standards (ASHRAE, CIBSE, NFPA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to engineering detail
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines
• Experience in coordinating MEP shop drawings and technical submittals is preferred

This role is pivotal to the smooth daily operation of our project sites and requires someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Site Coordinator will act as a key communication link between site teams, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring that site activities are executed in accordance with the project schedule, safety requirements, and quality standards.

• Prior experience working on construction sites in a coordination or supervisory role is mandatory
• Strong understanding of construction workflows, site documentation, and daily reporting procedures
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications
• Experience coordinating between multiple subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering teams on site
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of project management tools is an advantage
• Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
• Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations on construction sites
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
