As we continue to grow across the UAE, we are seeking exceptional education leaders to join our team for the upcoming academic year commencing September 2025. Roles We Are Recruiting
Lead an entire school community. Set the academic vision, drive a performance culture, and serve as the face of institutional excellence within a US or UK curriculum environment.
Support and deputise the Principal. Oversee curriculum delivery, staff development, and day-to-day school operations with strategic authority.
Lead a specific campus or school division, ensuring regulatory compliance, curriculum quality, and community engagement across the UAE.
Drive school-wide initiatives in curriculum, assessment, pastoral care, or academic operations as part of a high-functioning leadership team.
Who We Are Looking For
Proven UAE-Based Leadership Experience — Minimum 3–5 years in a senior leadership or Principal role within a UAE school, with demonstrable impact on academic outcomes and institutional culture.
US or UK Curriculum Expertise — Deep familiarity with curriculum frameworks and assessment models of American or British schooling systems (e.g. Common Core, IGCSE, A-Levels).
Recognised Leadership Qualification — A postgraduate degree in educational leadership or administration is essential. NPQH or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
Track Record of Academic Excellence — History of raising attainment, improving KHDA/ADEK inspection ratings, and leading data-driven school improvement plans.
Visionary & Innovative Mindset — Ability to champion innovation in pedagogy, technology integration, and student wellbeing, whilst maintaining rigorous academic standards.
Cultural & Community Leadership — Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience building inclusive, high-trust school communities with parents, staff, and governing bodies.
UAE Regulatory Knowledge — Working familiarity with KHDA, ADEK, or relevant UAE educational authority requirements, licensing, and compliance frameworks.
