Key responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counselling to primary-age students, addressing social, emotional, and academic needs
• Oversee and lead student leadership initiatives that nurture confidence, character, and a sense of responsibility
• Serve as an integral member of the school’s safeguarding team, upholding student safety and welfare at all times
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to provide coordinated, wraparound support
• Design and deliver wellbeing programmes aligned with school values and international best practices
• Maintain accurate, confidential case records in line with school policy and regulatory requirements
• Contribute actively to a supportive, inclusive, and caring school culture
