- Perform designated duties as per the job title with accuracy and professionalism
- Follow safety standards, company SOPs, and UAE labour regulations
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
- Maintain equipment, tools, and workspace in proper condition
- Report operational issues or anomalies to the line manager promptly
- Participate in training sessions and skill development programs
- Provide timely and accurate documentation where applicable
- Deliver high-quality output consistently within deadlines
- Support colleagues in cross-functional tasks when required
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the applied role (1–5 years preferred)
- Valid trade certificate / professional qualification where applicable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
- Strong communication skills — English required; Arabic is a plus
- UAE driving licence (for fleet / automobile / forklift roles)
- Familiarity with UAE work culture and safety norms
- Physically fit and able to perform field or workshop duties
- Proficiency in MS Office / relevant software (for office roles)
