The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the design, construction supervision, and quality oversight of civil infrastructure works on major Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects in Saudi Arabia. This role demands a highly experienced professional capable of managing complex civil scopes in demanding industrial environments, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, international codes, and Saudi Aramco or equivalent client standards.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of post-graduate civil engineering experience on major construction projects.
- Sector Requirement: A minimum of 3 years must have been spent working on Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects specifically.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis, civil construction methods, site supervision, and drawing interpretation.
- Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), ACI, ASTM, or equivalent international codes.
The Planning Engineer will manage all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring on Oil & Gas and Petrochemical construction projects. Using Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software, this professional will develop, maintain, and update project programmes, prepare progress reports, identify schedule risks, and coordinate closely with site management and the client’s project controls team to maintain project delivery on schedule.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years in project planning and scheduling on construction or infrastructure projects.
- Sector Requirement: A minimum of 3 years of planning experience on O&G or Petrochemical projects is mandatory.
- Software: Primavera P6 proficiency is essential; MS Project is an additional advantage.
- Reporting: Ability to prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and cash flow forecasts for client and management review.
The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining the project’s Quality Management System in full compliance with ISO 9001, client quality requirements, and applicable international standards. This role involves conducting inspections, reviewing method statements, managing ITPs, leading non-conformance resolution processes, and coordinating third-party inspection activities across all civil construction scopes on active Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years in quality assurance and quality control on major civil construction projects.
- Sector Requirement: Minimum 3 years QA/QC experience on O&G or Petrochemical project sites.

- Documentation: Expertise in ITP preparation, NCR management, material submittals, and QMS documentation.
The Civil Quantity Surveyor will manage all commercial and contractual aspects of civil works on the project, with a primary focus on detailed quantity take-offs for both existing scope and change-order works. Working under the Commercial Manager, this professional will be responsible for BOQ preparation, subcontract management, variation order valuation, progress payment certification, and final account settlement for civil sub-scopes on the project.
- Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 6 to 8 years of civil quantity surveying experience with a proven focus on quantity take-off works.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD for measurement, MS Excel for cost analysis, and QS software tools.
- Commercial Knowledge: Familiarity with FIDIC contract conditions and standard forms of contract used in Saudi Arabia.
- Saudi Experience: Prior QS experience in the Saudi market is a significant advantage.
The Project Manager will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned projects from initial mobilization through to final completion and client handover. This is a senior leadership role requiring demonstrated capability in managing large, multi-discipline project teams, controlling project budgets and schedules, managing client relationships, and driving performance across all project functions. Experience in the Saudi Arabian construction or industrial sector is essential at this level.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline) from a recognized university. PMP certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive project management experience on construction or industrial projects.
- Leadership: Proven track record managing cross-functional teams of 50+ personnel on high-value projects.

The MEP Supervisor will oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities on the project site. This hands-on supervisory role requires both strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and proven ability to manage and direct field crews effectively. The candidate must be capable of reading and interpreting MEP drawings, coordinating with main contractors and engineers, and ensuring all works are completed to the required quality and safety standards.
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in MEP maintenance, installation supervision, and system troubleshooting.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and low voltage electrical systems.
- Troubleshooting: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve MEP system faults quickly and efficiently on active project sites.
- Supervision: Experience managing teams of 10 to 30 MEP technicians and subcontractors on site.
The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and enforcing the project’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system across all site activities. This role requires a proactive, visible safety professional who leads by example, conducts regular site inspections and safety audits, delivers toolbox talks and HSE inductions, investigates incidents, and maintains all required safety documentation in line with company policy and Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements.
