Group Senior Manager – Risk & Fraud Prevention
Al Ansari Financial Services is seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking professional to lead our Risk, Fraud Prevention, and Business Continuity functions at a group level.
In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing risk frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and safeguarding the organization against emerging internal and external threats. You will work closely with senior leadership and key committees, providing valuable insights to support decision-making and enhance operational resilience.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Risk Management, or Finance
- Professional certifications (RMP, CRMA, IRM, etc.) preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Risk Management (financial sector preferred)
- Strong knowledge of risk management, fraud prevention, and BCMS
- Familiarity with CBUAE regulations and relevant legislation
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
- UAE driving licence is an added advantage
