About the Role: As an Outdoor Sales Executive for the Automotive Division, you will be the face of the company in the field. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take on a dynamic and results-focused set of responsibilities that span client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation across Qatar’s automotive sector:

  • Proactively visit and engage with garages, auto workshops, fleet operators, and service centres across Doha and Qatar to present and sell automotive parts and garage equipment
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients including end users, traders, and distributors within the automotive industry
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat business, increase share of wallet, and ensure high customer retention rates
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets within Qatar’s automotive sector and develop targeted strategies to convert leads into loyal clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations, explain technical specifications, and apply solution-based selling techniques to match customer needs with the right automotive parts and tools
  • Prepare and submit accurate quotations, sales proposals, and order documentation in a timely and professional manner
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets across all assigned product categories
  • Provide regular sales reports, market intelligence updates, and competitor analysis to the sales manager
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to clients
  • Represent the company’s brand professionally at all times, upholding high standards of service and product knowledge in every client interaction

Requirements

  • Proven, hands-on experience in selling garage equipment and automotive parts within Qatar or the GCC market
  • A strong, established network of contacts within Qatar’s automotive ecosystem โ€” including garages, workshops, fleet operators, and auto service centres
  • Demonstrated experience dealing directly with end users, traders, and distributors operating in the automotive sector
  • A results-driven mindset combined with strong knowledge of parts identification, product applications, and solution-based selling methodologies
