Our client, a reputed healthcare facility based in Qatar, is currently seeking qualified and experienced nursing professionals to join their team on an immediate basis. As part of their ongoing expansion and commitment to delivering world-class patient care, three nursing positions are now available across dental and general nursing departments.
These vacancies are open to candidates who hold valid nursing credentials, relevant clinical experience, and the necessary licensing documentation including MOH license or Prometric Pass, BLS and/or ACLS certifications, and a valid Good Standing Certificate from a previous employer or nursing board. Candidates currently based in Qatar with transferable residency will be given priority consideration.

Required Positions
The Staff Nurse (Dental) – Female will work within the dental department of a well-established Qatar healthcare facility, providing clinical nursing care to patients undergoing dental procedures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Staff Nurse, with hands-on exposure to chairside assistance, sterilisation protocols, patient preparation, and post-treatment care in a clinical dental setting.
Responsibilities include assisting dentists and dental specialists during procedures, maintaining a sterile and safe clinical environment, managing dental instruments and consumables, patient education and communication, and accurate documentation of patient records in line with Qatar health authority standards.
The Assistant Nurse – Male role is open to candidates holding a GNM Certificate or BSc Nursing Degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical or hospital experience. The successful candidate will support registered nurses and medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care, managing ward duties, and maintaining clinical standards across the facility.
Key duties include assisting in patient assessments and monitoring vital signs, administering medications under supervision, supporting patients with daily care activities, maintaining accurate patient records, and adhering strictly to infection control and safety protocols as required by Qatar health regulations.
The Staff Nurse – Male position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a staff nursing capacity within a hospital or clinical environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, patient communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, planning and implementing nursing care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, maintaining clinical documentation, and supporting junior nursing staff in day-to-day ward operations.
Additional Requirements
All candidates applying for the above nursing positions must meet the following general requirements in addition to the role-specific qualifications listed above:
- Good command of spoken and written English is essential for all three positions
- Knowledge of Arabic is considered a strong advantage and may be prioritised during shortlisting
- Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity when dealing with patients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining a high standard of patient care
- Willingness to work shift duties including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required by the facility
