Quality Engineer
Qatar (On-Site)
Role Overview
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and project-specific standards.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive action (CAPA) programs.
- Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures.
- Liaise with clients, third-party inspectors, and subcontractors to ensure quality compliance across all project phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of quality engineering experience in oil & gas, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in ISO 9001, ASME, and relevant international quality standards.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
Quality
Quality Inspector
Qatar (On-Site)
Role Overview
- Perform inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship at various construction or industrial stages.
- Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow up on close-out actions.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, test reports, and quality documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.
- 3–7 years of hands-on quality inspection experience on major projects.
- Knowledge of welding, coating, structural, or mechanical inspections is an advantage.
- CSWIP / AWS / BGAS / NACE certification preferred.
HSE
HSE Manager
Qatar (On-Site)
Role Overview
- Lead the HSE department and oversee implementation of Health, Safety & Environment policies across all project sites.
- Develop HSE management plans, emergency response procedures, and incident investigation frameworks.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits; present findings to senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with Qatar regulatory requirements, client specifications, and ISO 45001/14001 standards.
- Manage, mentor, and train HSE advisors and site safety officers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Engineering, or equivalent; NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is essential.
- Minimum 10 years of HSE experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role in Qatar or GCC.
- Demonstrated leadership in high-risk construction, oil & gas, or petrochemical environments.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Senior HSE Advisor

Role Overview
- Provide expert HSE advisory support to project teams and client representatives throughout project lifecycle.
- Develop and deliver HSE induction, toolbox talks, and competency training programs.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on leading and lagging HSE indicators; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct behaviour-based safety (BBS) observations and workplace inspections; coach supervisors in safe work practices.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety; NEBOSH IGC / NVQ Level 6 preferred.
- 7–10 years of HSE experience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial sectors in Qatar/GCC.
- Thorough knowledge of Qatar HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, OSHA).
- Strong interpersonal, reporting, and training facilitation skills.

HSE Advisor
Qatar (On-Site)
Role Overview
- Support day-to-day implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and safe systems of work on site.
- Conduct daily site safety walks, hazard observations, and near-miss reporting.
- Assist with the preparation of Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), permit-to-work documentation, and method statements.
- Participate in incident investigation and assist in closing out corrective actions in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field; NEBOSH IGC or equivalent safety certification required.
- 3–5 years of site-based HSE advisory experience in construction or industrial projects.
- Familiarity with Qatar safety regulations, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response procedures.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
