MEP Draftsman — Electrical
EngineeringWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Draftsman (Electrical) with proven local experience in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be proficient in producing accurate electrical MEP drawings and coordinating with engineers and project managers throughout all phases of construction and fit-out projects. Responsibilities include creating, revising, and finalising electrical drawings such as single-line diagrams, panel schedules, power and lighting layouts, conduit routing plans, and as-built drawings in compliance with Qatar standards and international codes.
- Minimum 3 years of local experience in Qatar in MEP drafting (Electrical) — mandatory
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar drafting software
- Solid understanding of electrical systems including LV, ELV, lighting, power, fire alarm, and HVAC coordination
- Ability to read, interpret, and produce construction drawings as per Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS)
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multi-national team
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Drafting Technology, or equivalent field
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory
Draftsman — Electrical & Mechanical
EngineeringWe are seeking a versatile and experienced Draftsman with combined expertise in both Electrical and Mechanical disciplines. This dual-skilled role is ideal for a professional who can manage drafting responsibilities across MEP systems, ensuring accurate coordination between the two disciplines during design and construction phases. The successful candidate will collaborate with project engineers, site supervisors, and client representatives to produce coordinated drawings that meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Hands-on experience preparing electrical and mechanical shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built documents
- Strong command of AutoCAD; experience with Revit MEP or Navisworks is a distinct advantage
- Familiarity with HVAC ductwork layouts, piping schematics, cable tray routing, and panel design
- Ability to coordinate between electrical and mechanical trades on BIM-based or 2D projects
- Knowledge of Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and international codes preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines under pressure
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or combined MEP drafting technology
Sales Executives — Building Materials (2 Vacancies)
SalesWe are looking for two enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives with prior experience specifically in the building materials sector. The ideal candidates will have an established network within Qatar’s construction and contracting industry, and the ability to generate new business while managing key accounts. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, presenting products to contractors and consultants, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Prior experience in sales of building materials is mandatory (tiles, sanitary ware, steel, cement, insulation, paints, plumbing, or similar)
- Established client base or professional network within Qatar’s construction sector is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations independently
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
