We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Officer to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment across all company operations and project sites in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing all health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Develop, implement, and review HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards
• Investigate accidents, near-misses, and incidents; prepare detailed reports with corrective actions
• Deliver toolbox talks, HSE inductions, and ongoing safety training to all site personnel
• Ensure full compliance with Qatar regulatory standards, ISO 45001, and client requirements
• Maintain HSE records, permits to work, and documentation for internal and external audits
• Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure first-aid resources are available at all times
• Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors on all safety-related matters

• NEBOSH IGC / IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent HSE certification
• Experience in construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects in Qatar/GCC
• Strong knowledge of Qatar HSE regulations and international safety standards

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team and contribute to the planning, design, and execution of construction and infrastructure projects across Qatar. The role requires a technically strong individual with hands-on site experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.

• Plan, design, and oversee civil and structural construction works on assigned projects
• Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications using AutoCAD or similar tools
• Supervise site activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and standards
• Monitor project timelines, material procurement, and resource allocation to avoid delays
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Conduct quality checks and ensure all work meets local building codes and client requirements
• Prepare progress reports, site diaries, and material inspection requests (MIRs)
• Ensure site safety compliance in coordination with the HSE team at all times

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised university
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera P6
• Prior experience on Qatar or GCC infrastructure/construction projects preferred
