Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor Environmental Management Plans (EMP) for construction and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and environmental audits to ensure compliance with Qatar Environmental Law and international standards.
- Monitor air quality, noise levels, soil, and water contamination on project sites.
- Prepare environmental impact assessments (EIA) and environmental compliance reports.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities (MMUP, Ashghal, MoMME) for environmental approvals and permits.
- Train project teams on environmental awareness, waste management, and pollution control.
- Manage waste disposal, hazardous materials handling, and spill response procedures on site.
- Maintain environmental records, logs, and incident reports as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, or related field
- Experience in construction or oil & gas environment
- Knowledge of Qatar environmental regulations
- ISO 14001 awareness or certification
- NEBOSH / IOSH advantageous
- Strong report writing skills
- Qatar driving license preferred

- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys for civil infrastructure and building projects.
- Operate and maintain survey instruments including Total Stations, GNSS/GPS, Levels, and Drones.
- Establish and verify control networks, setting out points, and benchmarks on construction sites.
- Perform as-built surveys and verify construction works against approved drawings.
- Process survey data and produce accurate survey drawings, plans, and reports using AutoCAD and GIS software.
- Liaise with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure accurate setting out of structures.
- Coordinate with Qatar authorities (Ashghal, MME) for survey submissions and approvals.
- Maintain survey records, field notes, and calibration logs for all instruments.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Survey Engineering or Geomatics
- Proven experience in construction surveying in GCC
- Proficiency in Total Station & GNSS GPS
- AutoCAD / Civil 3D / ArcGIS proficiency
- Experience with Leica or Trimble equipment
- Good knowledge of coordinate systems
- Qatar driving license required

- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Act as the primary technical representative on site, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
- Monitor construction progress against the programme and report delays, risks, and mitigation measures to management.
- Chair and minute site meetings, technical meetings, and progress reviews.
- Issue site instructions (SIs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), and review RFIs in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on site.
- Review and certify interim payment certificates and variation orders.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly progress reports for the client and management.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- 8+ years experience, min. 5 as Resident Engineer
- GCC / Qatar construction experience essential
- UPDA / MME registration advantageous
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts
- PMP certification is a plus
- Strong leadership and reporting skills

- Lead the design, review, and supervision of electrical systems for construction and infrastructure projects including HV/LV power distribution, lighting, ELV, and standby power.
- Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, specifications, and submittals for compliance with Qatar standards and QCDD requirements.
- Supervise electrical installation works on site and conduct inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Coordinate MEP electrical activities with civil, mechanical, and structural teams.
- Review and approve method statements, inspection test plans, and material submittals for electrical works.
- Carry out load calculations, cable sizing, protection coordination, and earthing system design.
- Liaise with KAHRAMAA, QCDD, and other Qatar authorities for approvals and compliance.
- Prepare and review electrical cost estimates, BOQs, and variation orders.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and site electricians on technical matters.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years experience in electrical design/supervision
- KAHRAMAA / QCDD regulations knowledge essential
- UPDA / MME registration advantageous
- HV/LV systems experience required
- AutoCAD Electrical / ETAP proficiency
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
