As Storekeeper, you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day management of all goods received, stored, and dispatched from the company’s warehouse facility in Hatta. You will maintain accurate, real-time records of all stock movements, ensure the physical store is kept in optimal condition, and act as the primary point of accountability for inventory integrity across the site.

A critical part of your role will be coordinating closely with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless product availability, timely replenishment of fast-moving lines, and zero tolerance for unexplained stock variances. You will conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile discrepancies promptly, and maintain all documentation to the standard required for internal and external audits.

You will also oversee the proper handling, labelling, and storage of FMCG products — ensuring full compliance with product care guidelines, expiry date management protocols (FIFO/FEFO), and any applicable health, safety, and hygiene regulations. In addition, you will supervise any store assistants or labourers under your remit, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and a well-organised, safe working environment.

• ▶ Maintain accurate, up-to-date stock records using the company’s ERP or inventory management system for all goods in, goods out, and current stock levels
• ▶ Organise and manage the physical layout of the storeroom to maximise efficiency, safety, and accessibility — following FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles
• ▶ Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical stock takes, reconciling actual quantities against system records and investigating variances
• ▶ Coordinate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders with full documentation
• ▶ Monitor product expiry dates, batch numbers, and storage conditions — flagging slow-moving, near-expiry, or damaged stock to management proactively
• ▶ Ensure the warehouse and storeroom are maintained to high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with UAE health and safety regulations
