A well-established and rapidly growing engineering and contracting company currently executing large-scale MEP, infrastructure, and building projects across Qatar is seeking qualified professionals to strengthen its quality team. The company has an extensive project portfolio spanning commercial towers, industrial facilities, hospitality developments, and government infrastructure — making it one of Qatar’s trusted names in construction delivery.
Operating in Qatar for over a decade, the company upholds international quality standards, maintains strong relationships with major consultants and developers, and fosters a culture of engineering excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. Employees benefit from a structured career path, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious projects in the GCC region.
As a QA/QC Engineer, you will be the frontline guardian of quality across all site construction activities. You will plan, implement, and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all works — from materials and workmanship to testing and documentation — comply fully with approved project specifications, international standards, and client requirements. You will report directly to the QA/QC Manager and collaborate closely with site engineers, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors.
Your core responsibilities will include conducting regular site inspections and audits, reviewing and approving method statements and inspection test plans (ITPs), maintaining comprehensive quality records, and issuing non-conformance reports (NCRs) with follow-up corrective actions. You will also be responsible for material submittal reviews, ensuring that all approved materials are used correctly on site, and verifying test results from laboratories and third parties.
Additionally, you will liaise with the client’s representative and consultant’s QA/QC team, participate in quality meetings, and support the preparation of final handover documentation packages. This is a site-based role requiring physical presence during critical inspection milestones and testing activities.
