The Project Manager will be the single point of accountability for the complete delivery of assigned construction projects β from pre-construction planning through to practical completion and handover. This is a senior leadership role requiring a seasoned professional who can manage complex multi-disciplinary construction programs while maintaining uncompromising standards of quality, safety, and commercial performance.
You will lead and direct cross-functional project teams including site engineers, quantity surveyors, MEP coordinators, safety officers, and subcontractor managers. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining the master project schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project, managing the project budget and cost controls, coordinating with clients and consultants on all technical and contractual matters, and ensuring full compliance with Qatar’s construction regulations and HSE requirements.
A key part of the role involves proactive risk management β identifying potential delays, cost overruns, or quality issues early and implementing mitigation strategies before they impact project outcomes. You will chair weekly and monthly progress meetings, prepare comprehensive management reports, and provide strategic guidance to the site team on construction methodology and problem resolution.

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all mechanical works across assigned construction projects.
