Survey Engineer
Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Survey Engineer to join our team on construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, setting out works, and ensuring accurate positional data throughout all phases of construction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Survey Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related discipline (mandatory).
- Professional certification or licensure in surveying is an advantage.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in survey engineering within the construction industry.
- Proven experience on infrastructure, building, or civil engineering projects.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in operating total stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, and digital levels.
- Strong knowledge of survey software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent).
- Experience with setting out, as-built surveys, and topographic surveys.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Familiarity with coordinate systems and geodetic principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct precise setting-out of structures, roads, utilities, and other construction elements.
- Perform topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys as required.
- Maintain accurate survey records, field notes, and reports.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate positioning.
- Monitor and verify site dimensions against design drawings throughout construction.
- Operate and maintain survey instruments and equipment to a high standard.
- Identify and report discrepancies between design and actual conditions.

Diesel Mechanic – Heavy Equipment
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic specializing in heavy construction equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of a wide range of heavy machinery to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency on site.
Qualifications
- Relevant trade certificate or diploma in Diesel Mechanics, Heavy Equipment Technology, or equivalent (mandatory).
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) training certifications are a strong advantage.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience as a Diesel Mechanic specializing in heavy construction equipment.
- Demonstrated experience working with equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, graders, cranes, loaders, and dump trucks.
Technical Skills
- Expert knowledge of diesel engine systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software (e.g., Caterpillar ET, Komatsu KOMTRAX, or equivalent).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Skilled in welding and fabrication as related to equipment repair.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance scheduling and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all heavy equipment as per manufacturer schedules.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic faults.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and ensure all equipment is safe and roadworthy.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and parts inventory.
- Coordinate with site managers to minimize equipment downtime and disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations during repair activities.
- Manage and order spare parts as required, liaising with suppliers when necessary.
