🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Storekeeper / Warehouse Professional to manage inventory, oversee stock movements, and ensure smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, physically fit, and experienced in warehouse management within the UAE or GCC region.
🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials
- Organize and maintain proper storage of stock in the warehouse
- Issue materials and supplies as per authorized requests
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations
- Maintain accurate records of all stock movements using inventory systems
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely delivery
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management
- Monitor stock levels and raise alerts for low inventory
✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper or Warehouse Staff
- Prior experience in UAE or GCC is a strong advantage
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory/ERP software
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties
- Forklift operation knowledge is an added advantage
