📦 Warehouse Inventory Administrator
Role 01Manage day-to-day warehouse inventory operations including stock receipt, storage, dispatch, and reconciliation. Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS or ERP systems, conduct cycle counts, and coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
🚪 Reach Stacker Operators
Role 02Operate reach stacker equipment for loading, unloading, and stacking of containers and heavy cargo in port, logistics yard, or warehouse environments. Perform pre-shift safety checks, maintain operational logs, and adhere strictly to all site safety protocols and standards.
🚚 Heavy Drivers
Role 03Drive and operate heavy trucks, trailers, or tankers for the transportation of goods, equipment, and materials across Qatar. Ensure timely and safe delivery, maintain vehicle inspection logs, comply with Qatar traffic regulations, and hold a valid heavy driving license.
⛩ Crane Operators
Role 04Operate mobile, tower, or overhead cranes for lifting and placing heavy loads at construction sites, ports, or logistics facilities. Conduct pre-lift plans, liaise with rigging teams and signal persons, and ensure all lifting operations strictly comply with Qatar and international safety standards.
General Responsibilities
- Perform all assigned duties safely, efficiently, and in line with company standard operating procedures
- Conduct pre-shift equipment and vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance requirements immediately
- Maintain accurate daily logs, activity records, and operational reports as required by supervisors
- Comply fully with Qatar health, safety, and environment (HSE) regulations at all times
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and transport supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
- Operate all assigned equipment responsibly, minimising risk to personnel, cargo, and assets
- Participate in training, safety briefings, toolbox talks, and skills assessments as required
- Support inventory accuracy and quality control processes to prevent losses and discrepancies
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the relevant role
Valid Qatar-recognised licence or certification for the applied role
Must currently be based in Qatar with a valid NOC
Proven experience in logistics, port, or warehouse environments
Strong knowledge of Qatar HSE and safety regulations
Ability to work shifts, including weekends, as per operational requirements
Good communication and teamwork skills; basic English preferred
Medical fitness certificate may be required prior to joining
NOC — No Objection Certificate is Mandatory
