Sales Executive
Drive new business development and manage existing client accounts within the freight forwarding sector. Build and nurture strong relationships with importers, exporters, and logistics partners across Abu Dhabi and the UAE region.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain sector
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare and present customised freight solutions, quotations, and commercial proposals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue KPIs
- Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless shipment execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline and client database at all times
- Represent Abreco Freight at industry events, trade meetings, and client networking activities
- (ASM) Support Sales Manager in setting team targets, training staff, and reviewing performance
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates for management
Requirements
Proven experience in freight forwarding sales β mandatory
Strong knowledge of air, sea, and land freight products and services
Established network of clients and contacts in UAE logistics market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
UAE driving licence preferred for client visits and meetings
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite
Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-first mindset
