Role Overview
General Manager β Hotels & Restaurant
As General Manager, you will serve as the driving force behind daily operations, strategic direction, and team leadership across all departments. You will ensure the business runs efficiently, profitably, and in line with the highest standards of hospitality service. Your leadership will shape the customer experience, team culture, and commercial performance of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily business operations across departments including F&B, front office, housekeeping, and administration
- Develop, implement, and review company strategies to drive revenue growth and operational excellence
- Manage budgets, P&L performance, cost controls, and business targets effectively
- Lead, motivate, and support management teams to achieve individual and organisational goals
- Ensure smooth coordination and communication across all departments and functions
- Report on performance, KPIs, and operational progress to senior management and ownership
- Uphold and enhance the standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence throughout the operation
- Identify and implement process improvements to maximise efficiency and profitability
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and supply chain for F&B and hotel operations
- Ensure full compliance with Dubai hospitality regulations, health & safety standards, and licensing requirements

Requirements
1β2 years of experience in a GM or senior management role
Background in Hotels, Restaurant, or Hospitality industry
Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage budgets and drive financial performance
Experience managing multi-department hotel or F&B operations
Knowledge of Dubai hospitality market preferred
Proficiency in MS Office, PMS, and hospitality management software
