About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our team in Qatar. In this B2B-focused role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients across diverse sectors, driving product awareness, building strategic partnerships, and growing revenue for our product portfolio. You will combine your engineering knowledge with strong commercial acumen to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage business relationships with corporate clients, Facilities Management companies, retailers, oil & gas companies, and construction firms across Qatar.
- Conduct regular client visits and product presentations to promote the company’s product range to B2B customers.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and tenders aligned with client specifications and project requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s product portfolio and stay current with market developments and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions and industry engagements.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related field) β required.
- Diploma holders with strong relevant experience may also be considered.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in Qatar or the GCC region.
- Prior experience in technical or engineering product sales is strongly preferred.
- An existing network within FM, oil & gas, construction, or corporate sectors in Qatar is a significant advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate product specifications clearly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM software experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong drive to achieve targets.
- Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory β company car will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple accounts.

Work Environment
