Director of Rooms
Oversee all rooms division operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. Drive exceptional guest experiences, manage department budgets, and lead a multi-disciplinary team to maintain The Standard’s signature hospitality standards.
Guest Experience Manager
Champion memorable guest journeys from pre-arrival to post-departure. Handle VIP relations, resolve escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate service quality in line with The Standard’s unconventional brand ethos.
Guest Experience Agent
Serve as the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalized service at check-in/out and throughout the stay. Anticipate guest needs and ensure every interaction reflects The Standard’s distinctive personality.
ENGINEERING
Technician
Maintain and repair hotel mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Conduct routine preventive maintenance, respond promptly to guest room and facility work orders, and ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
SALES AND MARKETING
Director of Sales and Marketing
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and brand visibility. Lead the sales team, manage key accounts, build partnerships, and position The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon as the destination of choice in the market.
HOUSEKEEPING
Floor Supervisor
Supervise housekeeping attendants across assigned floors, ensuring rooms and public areas meet The Standard’s cleanliness and presentation benchmarks. Conduct room inspections, manage linen inventory, and mentor team members.
Houseman
Support the housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness in corridors, back-of-house areas, and public spaces. Assist room attendants with linen delivery, trash removal, and deep cleaning tasks.
Room Attendant
Clean and prepare guest rooms to impeccable standards, replenish amenities, and report maintenance issues promptly. Deliver a consistent, high-quality room product that reflects The Standard’s attention to detail.
FINANCE
Accounting Admin
Support the finance team with accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, reconciliations, and daily financial reporting. Maintain accurate records and assist in month-end closing activities in compliance with hotel financial policies.
Receiving Officer
Manage the receipt, inspection, and documentation of all hotel deliveries. Verify purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain accurate inventory records to support smooth hotel operations.
CULINARY
Mexican Chef de Cuisine (Ojo)
Lead the culinary team at Ojo, crafting an authentic and creative Mexican dining experience. Develop menus, manage kitchen operations, control food costs, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Commis (Ojo)
Assist senior chefs in food preparation, mise en place, and kitchen operations at Ojo. Learn and execute Mexican culinary techniques while maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Demi Chef (Ojo)
Support the Chef de Cuisine in daily kitchen operations at Ojo. Prepare and present dishes to recipe standards, guide junior team members, and contribute to a creative, high-energy kitchen culture.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Hostess (Ojo)
Welcome and seat guests at Ojo with warmth and professionalism. Manage reservations, coordinate with the service team, and ensure an inviting first impression that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
Server – The Standard Grill / Ojo
Deliver attentive, knowledgeable table service across The Standard Grill and Ojo outlets. Guide guests through menus, provide food and beverage recommendations, and maintain service standards that reflect The Standard’s bold, guest-first philosophy.
Bartender – The Standard Grill
Craft creative cocktails and deliver engaging bar experiences at The Standard Grill. Demonstrate expertise in spirits, mixology, and beverage trends while building rapport with guests in a vibrant, social atmosphere.
