We are seeking a motivated professional with 2–5 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry — specifically with knowledge of offset printing — to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and day-to-day sales activities
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on customer inquiries promptly
- Coordinate closely with production, prepress, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order execution
- Track orders and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure clear communication between customers and internal teams throughout the production process
- Assist in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer service
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services
- Monitor delivery schedules and proactively resolve any delays or disruptions
Requirements
2–5 years in a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support role
Experience in the printing & packaging industry is required
Knowledge of offset printing processes is essential
Must currently be based in the UAE
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus
Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
