Available Positions & Vacancies
1. Senior Accountant (1 Position)
- Manage full accounts including payables, receivables, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Handle payroll processing and budget planning
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations
- Experience in construction company accounting preferred
2. Lead Draftsman – Mechanical (1 Position)
- Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and CAD designs
- Coordinate with mechanical engineers for design accuracy
- Review and update drawings as per site requirements
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and standards
3. Lead Draftsman – Electrical (1 Position)
- Prepare electrical layout drawings, single line diagrams, and schematics
- Coordinate with electrical engineering team on project designs
- Maintain drawing register and revision control
- Knowledge of Qatar KAHRAMAA standards preferred
4. Senior Quantity Surveyor (1 Position)
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
- Monitor project costs and control budgets
- Handle subcontractor valuations and variation orders
- Prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts
- Experience in large-scale construction projects required
5. Safety Officer – IOSH Certified (2 Positions)
- Implement and monitor HSE policies on construction sites
- Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks
- Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor and safety regulations
- Valid IOSH certification is mandatory
6. Electrical Foreman (2 Positions)
- Supervise electrical installation works on construction sites
- Lead and manage a team of electricians
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
7. Mechanical Foreman (2 Positions)
- Oversee mechanical works including piping, HVAC, and equipment installation
- Manage mechanical crew and daily work schedules
- Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained on site
- Report daily progress to site management
8. Plumbers (10 Positions)
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems on construction sites
- Read and interpret plumbing drawings and blueprints
- Work on drainage, water supply, and sanitation systems
- Experience in large construction projects preferred
9. Electricians (10 Positions)
- Carry out electrical installation works including wiring, panels, and lighting
- Follow electrical drawings and comply with safety standards
- Work under the supervision of the Electrical Foreman
- Experience in commercial and industrial construction preferred
10. AC Technicians (10 Positions)
- Install, commission, and maintain air conditioning systems
- Troubleshoot and repair AC units and ducting systems
- Work on split units, central AC, and VRF systems
- Experience in construction site HVAC works preferred
General Requirements for All Positions
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in the construction field
- Valid transferable visa and NOC is mandatory — no exceptions
- Strong knowledge of construction site practices and safety standards
