Senior Planning Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer with a strong track record in large-scale infrastructure project management. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in project controls, scheduling, and contract management to support complex multi-discipline projects.
Experience Required
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects including sewerage, roads, and multi-utilities.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory).
- Master’s Degree in Construction / Project Management preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and project scheduling (Level 3–5).
- Experience in delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT), and claims management.
- Knowledge of FIDIC / GCOC contracts preferred.
- Familiarity with BIM 4D and digital project controls systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage live projects including traffic management, phased construction, and stakeholder coordination.
- Oversee project controls covering planning, cost, risk, and change management.
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure milestone adherence.
- Prepare and assess delay claims, EOT requests, and associated documentation.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities for seamless project execution.
Other Requirements
- Strong background in live projects, traffic management, phased construction, and stakeholder coordination.
- Good knowledge of project controls (planning, cost, risk, change management).
Junior Planning Engineer
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Planning Engineer to support project planning and controls activities. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers to grow their expertise in infrastructure project scheduling and reporting.
Experience Required
- 2–4 years of experience in planning / project controls, preferably in infrastructure projects.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory).
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Strong Excel skills and basic data analysis capabilities.
- Understanding of WBS, activity sequencing, and critical path method (basic).
- Knowledge of roads, utilities, or sewerage projects preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and updating project schedules and progress reports.
- Track site progress and update planning tools accordingly.
- Coordinate with site teams to gather actual progress data for schedule updates.
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Exposure to site progress tracking activities.
Other Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills.
