Lead the overall operations, business development, and strategic direction of the company’s oil and gas service division in Qatar. Drive profitability, manage key client relationships, oversee project delivery, and ensure compliance with Qatar regulatory requirements. Must have a minimum of 10 years of senior experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a proven track record of managing large teams and complex projects.

Conduct in-service inspection of pressure vessels in accordance with API 510 (Pressure Vessel Inspection Code). Perform visual inspections, thickness measurements, fitness-for-service assessments, and prepare detailed inspection reports. Ensure all pressure vessel systems meet ASME and API safety standards on oil and gas plant sites.

Carry out in-service inspection of process piping systems in compliance with API 570 (Piping Inspection Code). Identify corrosion, erosion, and mechanical damage, perform fitness-for-service evaluations, and develop piping inspection plans. Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure safe and uninterrupted plant operations.

Inspect and control the quality of welding activities on oil and gas pipelines, vessels, and structures. Review WPS/PQR documents, perform visual weld inspections, coordinate NDE activities, and ensure compliance with applicable codes (AWS, ASME, API). Prepare non-conformance reports and welding quality records for all project activities.

Inspect surface preparation and protective coating applications on oil and gas structures, pipelines, and equipment. Monitor blast cleaning standards, DFT measurements, adhesion testing, and holiday detection. Ensure all coating works comply with international standards (NACE, SSPC, ISO 8501) and project-specific coating specifications.
