- Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist showroom visitors professionally, understand their requirements, present relevant products or services effectively, and guide them through the purchasing journey with confidence and warmth.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of the brand’s product range, pricing, features, and competitive positioning to advise customers accurately and persuasively.
- Sales Targets: Work towards individual and team sales objectives, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned performance benchmarks while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
- Showroom Presentation: Ensure the showroom is always immaculately presented, well-organized, and fully stocked with correctly labeled products and up-to-date promotional materials in line with visual merchandising standards.
- Operations Management: For operations roles β oversee daily administrative functions, coordinate stock replenishment, manage supplier deliveries, process documentation, and support the smooth functioning of all back-office activities.
