⚙ Mechanical Engineer
Role 01Lead mechanical engineering activities on fire protection and MEP projects including design review, system commissioning, and technical coordination. Must hold a valid MMUP (Ministry of Municipality and Planning) registration in Qatar. Responsible for ensuring all mechanical systems comply with Qatar Civil Defence standards and project specifications.
🔥 MEP / Fire System Supervisor
Role 02Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP and fire protection systems on project sites. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Must have a strong background in fire alarm, suppression, and MEP systems supervision.
🔧 Fire System Technicians
Role 03Install, test, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems, suppression systems, sprinkler networks, and associated MEP equipment. Must hold a valid trade certificate with 3 to 10 years of similar hands-on experience. Candidates must be 35 years of age or below.

Experience Requirement
Candidates must have 3 to 10 years of similar hands-on experience in fire systems, MEP, or related technical field.
Age Requirement
Applicants for Technician roles must be 35 years of age or below at the time of application.
MMUP Registration — Mandatory for Mechanical Engineer
The MMUP (Ministry of Municipality and Planning) registration is a mandatory requirement for the Mechanical Engineer position. Applicants must hold a valid, current MMUP certificate recognised in Qatar to be considered for shortlisting.
General Responsibilities
- Install, commission, test, and maintain fire alarm, suppression, and MEP fire systems on project sites
- Ensure all works comply with Qatar Civil Defence Authority (QCDA) requirements and international fire codes
- Prepare and submit technical documentation, inspection reports, and as-built drawings
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct site inspections, identify defects, and implement timely corrective measures
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fire protection systems and equipment
- Respond to emergency call-outs for fire system faults and ensure rapid resolution
- Ensure full compliance with Qatar HSE and site safety requirements at all times
- Support commissioning, final testing, and handover of systems to clients
- Mentor and guide junior technicians and support staff as required
General Requirements
Relevant qualification — BE/B.Tech, Diploma, or Trade Certificate as per role
MMUP registration required for Mechanical Engineer position
3–10 years of experience in fire systems, MEP, or related field
Age up to 35 years for Technician roles
Knowledge of Qatar Civil Defence standards and fire codes
Must currently be based in Qatar or available for immediate deployment
Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with fire safety systems
Good communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team
