Air Arabia is seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and service-oriented professionals to join its growing team across multiple departments. Cabin Crew members will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of passenger safety and in-flight service excellence. Duties include pre-flight briefings, conducting safety demonstrations, managing in-flight service, handling passenger queries professionally, and responding calmly and efficiently in emergency situations. Cabin Crew represent the face and spirit of Air Arabia and are expected to uphold the airline’s values of warmth, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity at all times.
Talent Acquisition Executives will support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment — from job profiling and candidate sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding. They will collaborate closely with department heads to identify staffing requirements and help build a high-performing, diverse workforce that reflects Air Arabia’s global character.
All roles require individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, are detail-oriented, and take personal pride in delivering quality work. Roles are based in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi, with some positions involving regular travel across Air Arabia’s network of hubs and destinations.
🎓 World-Class Training Program
All new Cabin Crew undergo an intensive 6–8 week training program delivered by certified instructors in advanced facilities. The curriculum covers aviation regulations, safety procedures, in-flight service, emergency drills, first aid, firefighting, and water survival training using real simulators. Upon completion, trainees receive an official Cabin Crew License issued by the Civil Aviation Authority — a recognized qualification for a lifetime aviation career.
- Education: Relevant educational qualifications in aviation, hospitality, engineering, or technical fields depending on the applied role
- Experience: Prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred; fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level positions
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English is mandatory; Arabic is a significant advantage
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment across multiple teams and departments
- Problem Solving: Capable of handling technical, analytical, and service-related challenges under pressure
- Safety Awareness: Deep understanding of aviation safety, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Appearance & Fitness: Cabin Crew applicants must meet Air Arabia’s grooming standards and pass a medical fitness assessment
- Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by operational needs
