About the Role

We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist with a strong administrative background to join our team in Qatar. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized front-desk environment. Candidates with prior receptionist experience and excellent spoken English communication skills will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls efficiently; take messages and respond to general inquiries.
  • Manage front-desk operations including visitor registration, appointment scheduling, and meeting room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to departments as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and raise requests for replenishment when required.
  • Assist with data entry, document filing, and record maintenance.
  • Uphold company standards for professional conduct and confidentiality at all times.

Who We Are Looking For

The following will give candidates a strong advantage:
  • Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Admin Executive
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
  • Confident, presentable, and professionally groomed personality
  • Experience in a corporate office, hotel, FM company, or similar professional environment
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Additional certification in Office Administration or Customer Service is an advantage.

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
  • Experience in Qatar or the GCC region is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
