Available Positions
Abreco Freight is currently recruiting for the following three roles:
1. Customer Service Executive – Abu Dhabi
The Customer Service Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all customer inquiries and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the main point of contact for customers across air, sea, and land freight
- Providing accurate freight quotations to clients
- Handling and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
2. Operations Executive – Customs Clearance – Abu Dhabi
The Operations Executive will manage customs clearance processes and ensure full regulatory compliance for all shipments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customs clearance for air, sea, import, export, and re-export shipments
- Coordinating with UAE Customs authorities for refunds and temporary imports
- Handling all documentation and HS code classification
- Ensuring full regulatory compliance across all operations
3. Sales Executive / BDE / BDM – Freight Forwarding – Abu Dhabi
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow the company’s client base and achieve revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Identifying target markets and building a strong customer pipeline
- Meeting clients and presenting tailored freight forwarding solutions
- Submitting regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses
Qualifications and Requirements
All candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in freight forwarding
- Abu Dhabi experience is mandatory for all positions
- Nationality preferred: Indian
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid UAE Driving License required for the Sales Executive role
- Customs portal experience required for the Operations Executive role
