💼 Job Purpose

The HR Manager leads and oversees all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and personnel management.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Mobilization: Manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and manpower deployment.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to Qatar labor laws and company policies.
• Employee Relations: Handle grievances, welfare programs, and engagement.
• Performance Management: Implement structured performance systems.
• HR Systems: Maintain HRMS and employee records.
• Benefits & Exit: Handle payroll, benefits, and exit processes.
• Leadership: Drive HR strategies and team development.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR
• Minimum 9 years experience
• Strong GCC labor law knowledge
• Leadership in high-volume recruitment
• Conflict resolution & employee engagement expertise
• Experience in performance management systems
• Proficiency in HRMS & documentation
