We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join a leading hospital in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will oversee the full human resources function — from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, payroll, and employee relations — supporting both medical and non-medical staff in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• 1Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of medical and non-medical staff.
• 2Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring aligned with hospital requirements.
• 3Handle licensing and credentialing processes for healthcare professionals in compliance with Qatar healthcare regulations.
• 4Maintain and update employee records, contracts, QID documentation, and HR databases accurately.
• 5Process payroll in line with Qatar’s Wage Protection System (WPS), including salaries, overtime, and end-of-service benefits.
• 6Ensure full compliance with Qatar Labour Law, immigration procedures, and internal HR policies.
• 7Manage employee lifecycle activities such as probation, confirmation, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
• 8Address employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a professional and confidential manner.
• 9Monitor attendance, leave management, and staff scheduling in coordination with hospital operations.
• 10Support performance management, training initiatives, HR audits, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
