Oversee day-to-day soft services operations, coordinate between departments and vendors, and ensure service delivery meets quality standards. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations at assigned sites to ensure smooth service delivery
- Liaise with clients, management, and team members to address operational needs promptly
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on activities, issues, and progress
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and client requirements
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity across shifts
- Coordinate with procurement for materials, supplies, and equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and quality reviews
- Identify service gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency
- Conduct site inspections and implement quality checks as per QA/QC standards
Requirements
2–4 years in a similar coordinator role within FM or related industry
Experience in facilities management, soft services, or hospitality sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must currently be based in the UAE
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
